NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS
Every custom order is created within 1-2 days of being ordered and since each WORD is unique to the person ordering it, we are unable to cancel the order once payment has been made. Hence, we are unable to honor a refund for your custom item. Please be sure your WORD is correct before placing our order.
